I've never used that WP plugin so far. nor Gravity Forms.

If you want to test the key setup, I suggest setting up GPG
Suite yourself with mail.app and test encryption for both
directions. If you encounter issues with the WP plugin, please get
in touch with the developers of the plugin.

What we could do is, to check if the formatting coming from the
plugin is correct. To take a closer look, we'd need the incmoing
mail as .eml file:

open a new finder window

drag the mail in question to the finder

attach the resulting .eml file to this discussion

I created a key with GPG Suite, exported it, and pasted the public
portion in the Wordpress PGP Key area. I created a form and have it
sending to the email I created a key for, as well as have [encrypt]
in brackets. When I receive the email in Mail app I get a message
that says the wrong key was used to encrypt the message and it
can't be decrypted.

I will contact the plug-in support.

Thanks,

sounds like something is going wrong with that plug in. For a
better analysis we'd need such an email as .eml file (see comment 2
on how to do that).

Ideally you'd enter the teamATgpgtoolsDOTorg pub key in that
form and let it send an encrypted mail, encrypted with that public
key (pub key is in GPG Keychain Access).

Also let us know your findings from getting in touch with the
devs of the plugin in question.

Thanks,

thanks for the eml file. That was very helpful.

Can you tell us which KeyID should have been used and which
KeyID was used with the plugin.

KeyID being used in the mail is: 9211B0A2 (not on the public key
servers).

The mail looks correctly formatted. So since the mail is
encrypted only with this key, maybe the wrong public key
was used?

The mail looks like the plugin is working as expected but a
wrong key was used.

this looks pretty sane. And since things are running smoothly
when only using GPGMail, I'd indeed be tempted to assume that the
wordpress plugin is at fault here.

We could take another close look if you'd send us all the data
created during this screencast:

the resulting mail as eml file

the pub key used for encryption

I'd suggest to get in touch with the developer of this wordpress
plugin.
